Weekly Meditation

Every Monday evening we gather together in an online environment with the intention to silently and attentively remind ourselves of the joy of our human experience.

Please know that the meditations are accessible and suitable for people who are completely new to meditation as well as people who are used to or even advanced in their own practice. Mainly we use the medicine of silent sitting as the technique of practice.

Arrangement of the Session

Verwelkoming (5 min)

We 'welcome' ourselves and each other into the space we enter. In this we invite, where necessary, the intention for the practice.

Verademing (15 min)

Consciously inviting the breath, making ourselves aware of how we arrive on the cushion.

Stille Zit (20 min)

Slowly the guidance fades away and we enjoy a period of sitting in silence.

Schouwing (5 min)

An open space for some final thoughts.

Participation

Every Monday evening from
8:00 PM — 9:00 PM (CET)

If you would like to participate in the weekly meditations, you can fill in your details below. You will then automatically receive an email every Monday afternoon with an invitation to that evening's meditation.

Practical Notes

  • When you sign up, you will automatically receive an email every week with a button to join. The link takes you to an online environment where you can easily attend the meditation.


    Please mute your microphone before joining the session and keep it muted during the sessions. This ensures that there are no distracting sounds for other people and contributes to the silence that we invite. If you feel the need to ask or share something, there is room for that after the meditation.

  • I am creating this online space from the desire that anyone who feels called to participate has the choice to do so without a financial barrier. Sharing the work feels so important and necessary that I would like to make it more accessible and that is why I have decided that from now on the weekly meditation no longer requires payment. You can consider, with emphasis on not having to feel any obligation, making a donation to support my work.
