(Online) ToeSchouwing (with Eva Driessen)
An accessible exploration into the truth of the moment.
On Friday, March 29, Sven, together with his dear friend Eva Driessen, is organizing an online 'Schouwing', called 'ToeSchouwing', as it is a double exploration. '(Toe)Schouwing' is an accessible exploration in which Eva and Sven will search together for the truth of the moment, an accessible reflection in which they speak about themes that are currently alive in them through short reflections, poems, and songs. In this, they try to make themselves present for what speaks vividly to them during that moment, which they will try to express in full. By exploring the truth of the moment they are searching for truths that live in all of us, without dogma, expectations, or regulations. Think of it as a kind of 'impromptu' reading without premeditated pieces of text in which both you and they are surprised by the moment.

This edition takes place online; we open and close together, before the lecture, there is a short meditation and space for silence before we slowly move from the silence to sharing the word. Depending on where inspiration may lead, we expect to speak for an hour or two in total, and in the meantime (and afterward) there will of course be room for dialogue.
